Meet Nigel, one of our Directors!

He combines over 20 years in the building industry with an aptitude to forecast, oversee and drive all projects that cross the Total Build desk. Leading from the front, Nigel is logical, knowledgeable and a believer in people, building a company based on strong honest relationships with staff, architects, engineers and clients. He gains great satisfaction in training his staff and challenging them to be the best at what they do.

Nigel is a family man and a proud rugby supporter who loves a good coffee and a cold beer.

Meet one of our Directors, Rich!

Rich has significant experience in the building industry, leading teams and delivering quality projects. As director and builder, Rich fills many shoes, he is hands on with all projects that cross the total build desk, and manages a team of builders and tradespeople who help bring his clients’ ideas into reality. Rich thoroughly enjoys every aspect of running his own company and builds solid, lasting relationships with his clients along the way.

When he’s not on the building site, Rich can usually be found out hunting, diving or fishing. 

Meet our Site Supervisor, Cam!

A qualified carpenter and licensed building practitioner. Cam is prided for his high-end finishes and his attention to detail. He is calm under pressure and enjoys technical projects. Cam is our renovation expert, with over 12 years’ experience in the industry. No task is ever too challenging for him.  

When he’s not at work, Cam spends his time out hunting and enjoys spending time with his family and friends.

Meet our Site Supervisor, Josh!

A qualified carpenter and licensed building practitioner. Josh has a remarkable ability to understand the important elements of any task quickly, form a plan then execute. No task is ever an issue for Josh, with knowledge and experience across a wide range of aptitudes – builder, excavator operator, truck driver! Josh takes pride in his work and is an excellent tradesman, prided for his quality work and finishing.

When he’s not on the tools, he can be found on the rugby field or hanging out with friends.

Meet our Office Manager, Tash!

Tash is in charge of keeping the office running smoothly. She joined our team in February 2021 and has worked within the building industry for the past 28 years. She enjoys working with a great team of lads/lasses and brings a positive attitude and energy to the Total Build team! Tash looks after everything administrative and financial and will be the welcoming face that greets you when you visit our office.

In her spare time, Tash can usually be found socialising with family and friends or at the local CrossFit gym.

Meet our Apprentice, Mitch!

Mitch is in his third year of building with Total Build, joining us straight out of school and developing a real passion for his work. He has established a solid understanding and practical approach to his work. Mitch is well known for his great sense of humour and his love of food. Wherever there is a work shout, you will find Mitch!

When he’s not at work, he can usually be found playing some kind of sport; rugby, touch and the odd game of indoor netball.

Meet our qualified Carpenter, Todd!

Todd has recently became a fully qualified Carpenter. Other than being an incredibly hard worker and a quality tradesman, he is enthusiastic, passionate and highly motivated, developing a broad range of experience and technical expertise gained during his time at Total Build. Todd’s attributes include honesty, reliability and strong work ethics.

Out of work, Todd can be found on the rugby field, at the gym or socialising with friends.

Meet our Apprentice, Jayden!

Our apprentice, Jayden joined the team in 2020 and is settling in well. His positive attitude and willingness to learn has seen Jayden quickly become a valued member of the team.

When he’s not at work, Jayden enjoys snowboarding and socialising with friends.
